Push notifications are the most effective way to non-intrusively deliver any important information to your Guests 💡

All mobile app users who have given their consent to receive notifications.

♦️ Why send push notifications?

This is one of the fastest and most effective ways to deliver important or useful information — and most importantly, it's free!

♦️ What should you send in push notifications?

Only the most important things:

  • seasonal offers
  • promotions and discounts
  • information about opening a new location
  • congratulations and special occasions

The main thing — don’t overuse them 😜

👉 Recommended frequency: no more than once every 1–2 weeks.


2️⃣ How to Send a Push Notification?🔗

5 - Fill in the details:

  • Текст (Text)* — up to 240 characters
  • Время (Time) — choose the sending time (Moscow time)* or select “send now”
  • 📌 We explain points 4–6 and 8 below
  • Check «Всем» (Everyone)
  • Click Отправить (Send)

6️⃣ PUSH Notifications from iiko via Webhook🔗

If you use iiko, you can extend standard push notifications by enabling event-based sending via webhook.

💡 Especially relevant if:

  • you have an app with check-in only, without order placement — guests can still receive pushes from iiko;
  • you want additional notifications about points accrual or changes;
  • you use guest categories (VIP, New, Regular) and want to notify about status changes;
  • you run bonus campaigns (welcome bonus, bonus per order, etc.).

How much does it cost? 💰

Connecting webhook notifications from iiko is a paid option.
Cost: 1000 ₽ per month per app.
